Hi everyone,

I'm a CS PhD student at UChicago looking to fill two rooms in a spacious, light filled 3B/2B apartment at 53rd and Blackstone.

The unit was newly remodeled last year, and comes with central AC, and an in-unit laundary. There is also a shared deck off the kitchen which provides a shaded spot to relax!

The location is amazing (a very happening place in hyde park :)) Very close to almost everything you need -- Target, trader Joe's, Whole foods. Very close to 53rd express and central route.

I enjoy cooking, and I have a cat as well. She's super friendly and adorable. I'm open for you to bring a cat if you have as well.

I'm looking for tidy, respectful roommates / friends who enjoy a relaxed friendly environment! I can also send more photos and videos if you want. There are two rooms available with a shared bathroom. 1200$ and 1100$.
