Hi everyone! The apartment is located on 56th and S Everett, right next to the 6 and 55 bus lines, and about a 5 minute walk to Metra and 172 Metra. This is a 1 bed/1 bath full furnished unit available for rent. Looking for someone to take good care of the place and occasionally water the 3 plants I have. The apartment has a queen bed, and a day bed that folds out into a double bed. The building has a 24 hour reception/doorman, laundry room and gym and is very clean and safe.

Utilities are around 120ish total a month. Happy to negotiate a bit on pricing and dates.
