Suuupppper close to campus (opposite of Ratner). There is a bus stop across the street (bus 55) and convenience store nearby. The north restaurants are also really close. The landlord is very nice and not MAC/Ivy/etc. I have already found a subletter for July. Utilities also included Rent open for negotiation
