Hi everyone! My name is Ivy and I'm an incoming PhD student at the University of Chicago looking for housing starting early August. I'm open to two options:

Option 1 — 1B/1B (just me) Budget: $1,500/month max, utilities included. Smoke-free building required. Full kitchen not necessary but a microwave would be a plus. In-unit laundry preferred, but building laundry is fine too. A in-building gym would be nice as well.

Option 2 — 2B/2B or 2B/1B (with a female roommate) Budget: $1,000/month per person, utilities not included. Smoke-free building required. A kitchen is a must. Unfurnished preferred as we will be bringing our own furniture for one room, as my roommate is bringing her own furniture but I am not.
