I’m a former UChicago PhD student subleasing my 2B2B on campus. The apartment is going to be available from July 1st (possibly an bit earlier).

The main features of the apartment:

- it’s right on campus, across the street from a university security outpost

- the master bedroom is huge (220 sq ft or so)

- the master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a jacuzzi tub

- the smaller bedroom has a non-attached bathroom

- central AC

- in-unit laundry

- dishwasher

- exposed brick wall in the kitchen

- storage space for bulky items in a neighboring building
